June 2015 Update [H-EB01]

Haven't had an update article like this in a long time. It's been a while. With Danger and Dungeon taking the stage once again, it feels like just when I started playing Buddyfight around BT03. Pretty nostalgic and pretty cool.

Updates this time:

• Updates to everything. EVERYTHING.

We're still missing TD updates and other quality of life stuff, but give a break, I've been writing nonstop over the past few weeks and my arms hurt.

Giving every world two Impact cards was like the best thing ever. Some of them were bad, some were great, and others were just the best thing ever.

Meta-wise, I think Danger World might be the undisputed best consistent deck at the moment. The new Extra Booster gave them so much power and synergy it's pretty ridiculous. Dungeon World was always good so getting more support makes them as relevant as ever.

The real question is Hero World. They haven't been doing very well recently, but I'm positive it's because people are trying to do too much tacky stuff with the deck when the pure vanilla prowess of the deck is out of control. We'll see what happens as people adapt to the new cards and stuff.

Meanwhile, I've very hyped for Hundred Demons as a playable flag, the possibilities are limitless and Buddyfight is looking to be a really interesting game unlike anything Bushi's shown off before. I really have to give them credit where credit is due, this game is really great. A pity people still scoff at it, but hopefully the future of the game will be a positive one.

I'll be focusing on the "What World are you" questionnaire for the rest of the month until the next updates, since that seems to be something everybody is interested in.
